About us
Sareis AG is based in St.Gallen, Switzerland, and was founded in January 2010 by Hans Schlegel - a former Board Member of the leading business software company SAP. After successful career positions as CIO at Hilti and head of International at SAP, Hans invested in, guided and supported numerous businesses in the IT industry.
Together with Hans, two additional people form the management of Sareis AG. Wolfgang Runge serves as the company's CEO, coming from SAP. Nicole Herzog - who serves as the company's legal advisor - joins from Umantis (a leading software vendor in the space of Human Capital Management).
The vision of Sareis is to use our expertise and business network to support all group companies in executing their internationalization strategy. Our common management platform guarantees maximum synergies within the whole group and therefore efficient expansion of our business.
