Hans Schlegel
Chairman of the Board
Hans Schlegel is Chairman of the Board of Sareis AG.
Over the several decades of his career, Hans has gained broad experience in technology and software industries via management and executive positions with a variety of leading international companies such as Hilti and SAP.
He also served as Member of the Board at SAP and IMG/IXOS International. Hans graduated from the ETH Zuerich as an engineer, and he enjoys sailing, skiing, his boat on the lake Bodensee and spending time with his family.
Daniel Huber

Daniel Huber brings more than 10 years of relevant consulting experience in private equity investment execution and post acquisition management at the disposal of his clients.
Daniel advises clients with respect to the investment in their direct private equity transactions as well as related topics i.e. finding co-investors. Daniel is an active board member at several start-ups in the German speaking part and Finland.
Prior to being an independent management consultant, he worked at Olsen & Associates in Zurich for nine years (www.oanda.com). He focused on building up and being responsible for the whole commercial and sales departments with offices in Frankfurt, London, New York and Toronto.
Additional working experience includes senior positions at Caterpillar (Geneva) and Random (Zug) in the area of Business Development & Sales. Later founder of ADVENCO AG (Meilen), as well as managing partner & head of Capital Services at Venturix (Zurich).
MBA Studies at UC Berkeley in San Francisco and at Thunderbird in Glendale, Arizona (The American Graduate School of International Management).
